The Faculty of Education Bhabha University,  is running Teacher Education Programmes recognized by  National Council for Teacher Education. The Faculty of Education Bhabha University is  dedicated to all-round development of teacher educator and inculcates all essential academic, practical and life skills in our Perspective teachers.

Teacher Education Program

D.EL.ED - 50 Intake 

D.EL.ED is a Diploma course in Elementary Education. It is a 2 year full time diploma course to train teachers for the primary level.

B.ED - 100, 100 (200) Intake

B.Ed Bachelor of Education is a 2-year degree programme designed for students who want to make their career in teaching.

M.ED - 50 Intake

M.Ed. Master of Education is a 2-year post-graduate degree programme designed for students who want to make their career as a teacher educator & teaching.

B.SC.B.ED - 50 Intake

B.Sc.B.Ed is 4-year Integrated course which provides complete integration of content and pedagogy distributed throughout the course. The two groups opts PCM (Physics/Chemistry&Maths) and CBZ (Chemistry, Biology, Zoology) enable students to become TGTs of  Maths Science and TGTs of Science respectively.

Ph.D. Bhabha University Faculty of Education offers research programmes like Ph.D. and encourages research in the field of Education.

Facilities

• Transport – A fully fledged Transport department functions in the college with buses to provide transport facility to students and staff from various places. This Service is offered ensuring a hassle-free and safe transportation.

  • Canteen – The College is providing canteen facility to the students as well as teaching and non teaching staff of the college, it is capable of catering the demands of the students and can accommodate 40 persons at a time. it has spacious & properly maintained room as well as kitchen, generally the college provides it to any individual on contract basis after proper official’s formalities.
  • Library is one of the largest libraries. College has been continuously enriching library in both ways (print as well as online) with big number of book and online resources. Digital library has been developed by with the multi media room has been especially dedicated for online storage of web lectures, journals and e-content. Well maintained spacious reading rooms are available with reference sections consisting of various journals, books, magazines and newspapers. The college library is computerized with software package which is an integrated Multi-user library management system.
  • Health Care & Medical Center – First Aid is the initial care of the ill or the injured. The college provides basic First Aid facilities and attempts to respond with pastoral and professional care.
  • Wi-Fi Campus is having high speed internet facility. The institute has a 24X7 Wi Fi facility in the college campus for the student and faculty members to avail internet connection at any place in the college.
  • Conference Center – Our Campus is provided with Air Conditioned seminar Halls. These halls are fitted with permanent Audio, Video and Projection system. External Chief Guests on various latest topics are regularly invited to deliver lectures to our students. Thus our students are exposed to the recent Technology/Trend. Faculty Development Programmers is conducted in the seminar Hall, to update the knowledge of our faculty Members.
  • Hostel Our campus has separate hostels for boys and girls each with all modern facilities, for boarding and other recreational activities. The hostels have their own mess to provide good and hygienic food to the students. Hostel accommodation will be provided on a first come first served basis.
  • Campus Radio Popcorn is the first campus Radio in state of Madhya Pradesh. The CRS broadcasts for 10 hours every day and primarily focuses on providing Information about educational opportunities and career guidance.
  • Sports & fitness serves as a vital and integral part of student life in campus. The mission of Sports & Fitness is to provide the college with programmes that offer vigorous, fun-filled, health-promoting, physical activity conducive to wellness and personal development. Sports & Fitness supports the mission of the college by seeking to create a climate that motivates members to embrace a healthy life-style, which can enhance their academic studies, build friendships and social skill, develop leadership qualities and cultivate a sense of ownership and belonging to the college.

Career & Placements

The Training and Placement Cell guides and help the students to reach their career goals. The college has established a Training and Placement cell in 2018. Counsels the students by providing information about the job market to the students and necessary inputs to face group discussions and interviews. Workshops on resume writing and body language, motivation, personality grooming and other issues related to increasing employability are also organized in the campus. The college has also conducted a few in-house campus selections in the previous sessions.
